This course is required for Texas real estate license renewals and covers the new 2026–2027 content, including rule and law changes from the 89th Legislative Session. REALTORS® are also required to complete Fair Housing/Anti-Bias training every 3 years, in addition to the Code of Ethics training due by December 31, 2027. This course satisfies the Fair Housing requirement.
