This class covers the specific paragraphs in the TREC contract that address these districts with an emphasis on the required notices, as well as the benefits and drawbacks of these districts for both buyers and sellers, how to identify properties in these districts, and the disclosure obligations and requirements associated with them.
*Training room located in back right corner of building. Park in parking lot on the right and walk to back of building.
