This class is tailored to equip real estate agents with essential knowledge of TREC contract forms, focusing on the financing aspect of transactions. Throughout this course, agents will learn about three crucial addenda: the Third Party Financing Addendum, the Seller Finance Addendum, and the Loan Assumption Addendum. They’ll gain practical insights into navigating these addenda effectively and demystifying financial terminology.
